The property is not equipped to accommodate disabled persons. Small pets are allowed and must be reported at the time of booking. A deposit is required upon arrival; it will be charged back upon departure after final inspection of the property.

A 30% deposit is required to secure booking; deposit shall to be paid via bank transfer; remaining balance shall be paid upon arrival. Booking will only be secured and confirmed upon the deposit payment. Security deposit of €250 to be paid upon arrival.
Bookings are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show. For each booking, one date change is allowed at least 7 days before check-in date. The price of the updated stay must be equal to or higher than the original one, and booking conditions and accommodation type shall not change.
